Limited Warranty

Cooler Insulators extends a limited one year warranty to the purchaser, that this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal and proper use for one year from the date of purchase.

To attain warranty service, please call 800.737.4851 or send an email to info@coolerinsulators.com for an RMA#. Warranted items must be returned to Cooler Insulators within 10 days of issuance of RMA#, appropriately packed with invoice or receipt.

This warranty does not cover any defects or costs caused by:
   • Damage from misuse, abuse, or neglect
   • Tampering, deliberate destruction, improper handling, installation or maintenance
   • Products that have not been modified in any way or operation of product in a manner inconsistent with the use indicated in the instructions

Cooler Insulator's responsibility under this warranty is limited to replacing or repairing the product determined by Cooler Insulators to be defective in either materials or workmanship. Cooler Insulators reserves the right to refuse warranty replacement.
